With maplestory you can do quests, pq's(there's a lot of them), and boss. And of course, I like the graphics of it. =]

The good thing about ms is that they have a large player base and a huge income, so they can afford to constantly get updates.

The classes are just the same recycled ones with new names. Pq's are all the same. By all means enjoy maple, but try out WK before u go back to it.

i was trying allods but i wanted to play a melee class and the no auto attack was a turn off. also i've heard of a potential problem with pvp. there's this debuff with dieing that you get even in pvp. i forget how long it lasts but if you don't want to wait out the time you have to use perfume to get rid of it. perfume is a cash shop item of course. it also gives 20%hp (i hear without this bosses can even 1 - 2 shot tanks). in an update the devs decided to increase the duration of that debuff to 1 hour (gpotato doesn' thave that update yet of course).

-EDIT- the time was 45 minutes. then the devs increased it to 2 hours

-EDIT2- i went back to find the info on the debuff:
it's called Fear of Death. lasts 45 minutes at level 40 and stacks up to 4 times. it decreases your stats by 25%. you can get rid of it with the perfume or gold but the problem is that you cna't use gold to get rid of it in raids.

patch 1.0.7 is the one that increases the time to 2 hours and also made it so you get it even when resurrected by a player. this patch also nerfed classes. from what i was reading it looked like mostly attack speed nerfs (this pisses me off cause i like high attack speed ;_;)

the perfume lasts 30 minutes and i'm not sure but it may end after it prevents FoD once. the hp it adds is 20% - 110% based on patronage.

well, at least gpotato decreased cs prices. at first they were 20x the russian prices.

that's nezeb? i'm a level 6 druid on there atm. not sure if i want to continue with that or make a summoner. i liked the summoner in cb. the druid feels slow and weak right now. i guess it could get better. but i'm still worried about bothering to level to a high level then having to deal with FoD. i may have the money for perfumes by then but i don't know if i would want to spend that much money on them >_>

Ya dude but think about it, every f2p either has an unbalanced cs or something else that is a deterance. And are you playing league or empire?

i know if not that there could be something else but usually it's something that i don't need to keep buying or at least something i can get around. like i could go with not pvping much and just doing raids but like i said they changed it so that you get FoD even if someone resses you :x.

Yeah it's kinda messed. Hopefully Magemoas interview with questions from ONRPG will get gpotato to change a few things.
