I remember quite a few years ago I compared Digimon to Pokemon.

In my opinion Digimon had the better anime by far but the Digimon games were a bit iffy. Digimon Anime stopped being good by the end of Season 3 (Digimon Tamers)

Pokemon on the other hand the anime was good but the anime of Pokemon really went downhill after the orange islands where Ash became the League Champion. But Pokemon by far has the better games over Digimon.
