amazing cheap computers, though you have to buy monitor seperatly.

Monitors are cheap enough.

@Lirange: It depends on how much money you're willing to spend.

Well we don't have a job. So many will be a big factor. I'd say $600. That's including monitor. So 500 for the desktop. We currently have around 400bucks.

Do you want to build your own, or do you prefer to have yours already built?

Lirange 12-07-2009 02:25 AM

Wait, are intel and amd the only type of computers? Because when i click intel or amd dektops, they only have like 3 options each. But when i just click shop desktops there are loads of options.

Which is cheaper?xD
Note: In a couple years i'll probably be able to get a much better computer. So I don't need it to last for like. 5 years. 2-3 years would be sufficient.

Would this do?

Oh, I want one that could upgrade to windows 7.

Triumph 12-07-2009 02:33 AM

Weak processor, 512MB DDR RAM (333 Hz lol), 40GB HD, no DVD-ROM...

It's archaic.

Lirange 12-07-2009 02:42 AM

This one looks really cool xD

Any good?
Also, whats the difference between led, lcd, and plasma monitors?

Triumph 12-07-2009 02:45 AM

If you want a gaming computer, a slim computer won't cut it.

Read this for further information.

Lirange 12-07-2009 02:52 AM

Hm..
Would this be any good?
It's an AMD Phenom just like that one, though it's a different type. Holds more memory.
Has less watts, if thats a good thing..

Or this. 20 extra more dollars.
