idk i think they ended up changing the names slightly... i doubt they will actually get sued, but to me it looks like they're taking their chances...

They can certainly be sued. You can file a suit for just about anything. Whether it is successful or not depends on how close the designs are to the original and if they could be confused with being created/endorsed by the original company. I'm not too sure these pass the "moron in a hurry" test.
