Sorry that you can't play this version, you'll have to play gamigo's version. Its the same game, just different host. Gamigo came out a while ago and said they had gained the rights to have fiesta in Europe and to not steal their customers, Outspark blocked European IPs.

is the version different in any way? does this mean i'll have to uninstall it and reinstall a different version? fill me in a little please

Yes. You will need to make a new account on thier webpage and download the game again from their website. The game is the same, except that the Gamigo version started later, so I think that many of the updates that outspark has released have not been released in gamigo.
