Then you know where wolverine originated, correct? how he had his skeleton replaced with adamantium, and such?

It wasn't replaced, it was coated. Otherwise he would have been a lump of flesh when Magneto ripped out the adamantium in X-Men #25/Wolverine (vol. 2) #75.
