Yeah. Everybody in this office has an English name. Except sometime they'll just call each other by their last name... And they say Ella and Ala.... which is why I get confused. @@

A pansy is a flower and is sometimes used to insult guys by inferring they are effeminate. It's along the same lines as naming a daughter Rose or Daisy.
