yes work and stuff

can anyone tell my why i have to write my own mid year review for my boss. Not only that he gave me two whole days to do it.

I used to love writing my own reviews. I used to put in all kinds of stuff to see if my boss would catch it before he turned it in. My favorite was "He can do my job better than I can, which he does often." Didn't slip by, though. Would have been epic.

Big companies like to waste their employee times with reviews and stuff...

I don't think that hole really has a purpose... maybe to hollow out the pillow? My grandma sleeps on one of those and I don't recall hers having a hole in it...
