You can try writing your problems on a piece of paper or something, but I usually do that then set it alight. It felt like my problems also blew away with the ashes.

nice also alot of guys (not all) bottle up there emotions and let it out in 1 rage like me its the manly thing

Ok juz to set things straight.. im not trying to be emo or something.. i aint gonna stare at the sky and think life is unfair and start crying.. no.

And sure.. i've punched the walls a couple of times... (ouch. still hurts)
Its probably been like.. 5-6yrs since i last cried.. maybe cause nothing drastic has happened to me to cry for. But now something heart shattering that i know was coming and wud expect myself to cry for weeks.. but all i feel is.. "eeh.. yeah im feel terrible.." and that's it. I can continue to play games and go out and stuff.. like nothing even happened.

Example of heart shattering: Your mom juz died.
