I think I've said that once or twice and only when I get annoyed by someone or a particular thing posted.

Sometimes it's somewhat on topic though. like, if i posted one too many videos on a thread regarding music or something.

then again, it seems as if i annoy alot of people here... so it would be understandable.*sigh*
