Washington, DC.

I want to go. Never did the tourist-y things there. Plus, I have quite a few friends around the Maryland area.

meh, i guess it's just not appealing to me cause i've always been within driving distance.

I have a friend (who lives in DC area) who says that she actually likes people coming to visit her in DC so that she can actually go to the tourist places that she's never gone to before. xD

Familiarity breeds contempt. If you're around something all of the time, you don't think of it as special any more. I haven't made it out to D.C. yet, but I plan on it. It's one of the more historically important places in the US. From what I gather, though, aside from the monuments and functional governmental buildings, D.C. is an absolute cesspool of the highest order.

Of course, I just might enjoy it. People say the same thing about New Orleans and I love the city, as long as I don't have to live there. Four or five times a year is enough, heh.

Even if you have to do work, it's still fun to muck around with friends and stuff like a sleep over!

Too bad it's on a weekend though. It'd be even better if it was during the weekdays lmao
