Try umm... CTRL (or SHIFT, or ALT, try each one!) + Prnt Scrn and then paste it into paint and see if it works... but that way will only screen the window you have selected. If it works though, you could use it with fiesta.

But otherwise, I dunno. Have you tried googling options? I think my prnt scrn key stuffs up every now and then too, but rebooting fixes it for me.

EXCEPT these days I cannot paste into photoshop no matter what kind of prnt scrn I do. Even when I have shut down/restarted my comp these past few days, it doesn't work. Haven't bothered looking up for a solution yet, though. I might've did something to photoshop.
