Thats only in Canada though, don't know about the US. But as long as you keep your mouth healthy, you won't even need a dentist. You can most definitely afford a toothpaste and a toothbrush if you can buy cigarettes. My school's vending machine sells Mars bars, so they still make it. |
Canada yeah... but that's up to a certain age. I have to pay to get mine done now.

But it wouldnt be that hard to smoke half a pack a daya nd half hte pack the next day and save some money to buy your child something. If you're alreayd addicted to it its not easy to stop. And if you stop cold turkey you are more at risk for cancer. (Okay idk if thats 100% but everyone who stopped that way in my family has gotten cancer) But if you have a kid... you should try to make them happy and sometimes jobs only pay you enough to pay bills, get groceries, and those few uneeded wants. (Such as cigarrets or candy) Save back money and tell them you'll get htem one next time or just buy some gum and buy them a candy bar and chew on the pack of gum till next pay day o.o |
i only go to the dentist for serious problems
like when i chipped my tooth first time i've been to it in a few years and had no cavities;D |

But yeah... smokers will be like that. Even in tight times, they have to have their cigarettes. Its a necessity. I used to always use that as an example against my mom when I was little. Cigarette smokes makes me sneeze to death, and I hate how it makes everything smell. I'd tell her to imagine how much money she'd save a year. If my parents buy a pack every other day, they would have spend at least $900 on cigarettes a year. |
I guess this did go deep into dental health. lol
Though smoking does lead to dental problems. And yes, smoking is like a prison, though it may depend how much self-control the person still has. |
*sigh* you gotta hate the tobacco industry... it's just legal poison x.x
