Triump - what materials does it take to make the tier 3 scrolls. And also, you can buy a T3 Vitality Recipe from Merchant Nina in Elderine, so after you reach that level can you make those even though T2 has not been implemented???? Just kinda curious as to what I need to start stock piling on those materials and all that.
