The one on my staff makes a huge difference. It could look like poop on the end of a stick for all I care, if helps you kill/level faster I'm in. And it does just that. Went from 15** Dmg to 18** Dmg, criticals like crazy and I can use T2 aim scrolls instead of T3 now.

LOL jk. But wow, I guess that 10% does make a difference.... people with CS weapon hurts so much in pvp =[

Yeah I heard a few ppl got them through Remi's punk ass. Don't know a soul who's bought one straight out....
