Asians blocked? @.@

I live in asia >.>...Didnt get blocked at all :cutielove:

and why dont they just make 2 OS's korean and american?......?

Better than the last EU block they had where they wanted to block existing accounts too. Good job OS learned to negotiate the licenses with others.

^Because different companies hold the license for Fiesta in different regions. Outspark only has North America. Back then Phillipinos and Europeans didnt have their own version,so now that they do OS has to stop intruding on their licensed region.

Well there can only be a few reasons as to why they are doing this.

1. They just want an excuse to make more people download Fiesta EU
2. They want more different types of money @_@
3. They dunno why they even did this.

^Doesn't make any sense.

It's because the other licencers of Fiesta are making them ban new users from their regions.

But . . . it doesn't take effect until March 31 so if you have friends you want in, tell them to sign up real fast.

Outspark wouldn't want to send their customers to Gamigo(EU fiesta) o.O But they have to.

Its just simple... Outspark had the North American rights, but there were no companies that owned the license to other regions, so Outspark was able to allow multiple regions to access this version. But when other companies, such as Gamigo, published their own version of Fiesta, they got the rights to their own region, such as Europe. Outspark does not have the rights to Europe, so they have to block it so that people can't access this version, so that the people in w/e region can be directed to the correct one, and purely because, they just don't own the rights to that area, they have no business there. This is all directed from the big man, Onsonsoft, the developers of Fiesta.

But since Outspark already owns many European/Filipino accounts, they cannot block those accounts. So they have blocked people in those regions from making new accounts.

Weird, same message on gamigo forums, but erm tboth were supposed to do this half a year ago.

remember OS being really jackasses about it.

Lol, I saw the title and assumed the worst... I'm glad it's only new accounts. And tbh, this is probably a good thing.
