Do you mean

1) clicking the participate button when the message comes in the bottom right hand corner of your SCREEN which says "Now recruiting for KQ blah blah blah"

-or-

2) click the participate button when the words in the KQ WINDOW change from "On Schedule" to "Recruiting"

I usually go with option 1, but it's been pretty hit or miss for me.

I'm sure this has been asked before but I don't know and don't want to start a new thread, but when do they start recruiting for KQ?
And where do you have to be to get the KQ Window thing?

There's a button next to the map/navigator. Damn, mental blank, forgot what it's called, but it's the minute thing in a sand that you keep turning over and over. LOL! Recruiting time is listed in the Kingdom quests when you click that button.
