and I had to make mine really detailed like a mailbox
I wanted to do the flag that goes up and down and I needed a brass pin but I couldnt remember what it was called
2 teachers and I spent like 30mins trying to figure out my description of the "gold thingy"

damn people with issues with parents and he can't have sugar at all or it makes him sick

I wouldn't get Valentines for people, but they never found out. My box was always filled by the end of the day. >__>

I ate any candy that I got and tossed the Valentines.

Yup. I don't really like V-Day. I'm one of those people that sees it as a commercial holiday D:

But A_For, it is a commercial holiday. xD At least you don't have White Day... in Japan Vday is when girl's give chocolate to the guys they like. And on March 14th the guys give candy to the girl he received chocolate from. :]

Its not a commercial holiday to some people though @_@

I know people who bring Cubid and stuff into it. I dunno. Its confusing D:!

EDIT: Its not depressing. I really don't like how people look at V-day. Its either happy or depressing. Sigh.

quite a few people died for their faith and that was what the original Valentine's Day was for
and then there was the St. Valentine's Massacre

Thats not what Valentine's Day is about.. least not anymore.

Its a day to show the one you love that you really do love them and care about them.

and THAT is what bugs me. Why do we need to set aside ONE day to show each other we care? =.= We should just do it. Any day and every day. Not with expensive gifts or anything. Its honestly the small things that count.

There's no need to publicly show your affection for each other or any of it =\

Srsly. There is such a huge mood swing with those that don't have someone when V-Day comes around and its just stupid. The days and months before V-day you just went on with your life and had friends and blah blah. But oh no.. V-Day.. you don't have a significant other(--->YET<---) and you're in hell. Right.
