KQ are great for quick experience, if your group knows what they're doing. Done my cleric that way. Nothing but KQ since level 7 and she's 20 now. My my how quick she grows.

Well I have finally managed to survive KQ a few times.
1 Slime KQ - Died T_T 2 Slime KQ - Died Again T_T 3 Slime KQ - BroadSword +5 + Jelly Earring 4 Slime KQ - BroadSword +4 5 Slime KQ - BroadSword +5 Yea I'm pretty happy with what I've gotten... Edit: Well I'm wondering if what I'm doing to "help" me get into KQ works. 1. Relog around 2 minutes before it starts. (To help reduce lag between server & client) 2. Close applications running in the background like MSN. (Reduce lag time between mouse click and computer response) 3. Use a timer ^_^ (Because the damned clock in the KQ window doesn't show seconds.) |
Yea, that's what i do and ever since i'm able to get into any KQ's. Log off then log back on like 15secs before the clock strikes and i use a clock that shows seconds. Has never failed, except when i was too slow clicking on the button. Also, i make sure i'm away from populated area (ie: banker) Cause sometimes when i initially log in, the computer will try to draw out all the folks within the sight and sometimes it lags a bit. So now i just make sure i log off somewhere far away and it does the trick.

almost killed robo today
we failed, cos noone dared to tank it :F i was alone, in no party. then, when the tank died and robo ran after a mage, noone taunted.. only me, who - without buffs and heals - was happy to survive maybe 15 seconds then when i died noone tried to taunt again. once our tank was back in line, we ran out of time very close to kill it Edit: next KQ we killed Robo :) i didnt got my quest completed, but still. needs a couple of determinated tanks, the rest will follow |
