I screened it. but I have to go afk so I'll check back after dinner. The chat was going fast I might've misread. He said there's a patch tmr, and someone asked if it's level cap raise. Then he said "no it's instance dungeon" or something, but I wasn't sure if he was answering some other question.

Alright I'm not sure what he was talking about when he said "no it's instance dungeon" (I thought I read someone asking about cap raise in between but it doesn't appear that's the case lol) so yep.. don't get your hopes high. I read the convo before that but they were just talking about p2p and no one asked anything that could've got the answer of "no it's instance dungeon"

... It could mean that it is coming tomorrow or that the Instance Dungeon will just come before a cap raise some time in the future. We'll find out tomorrow at 10PM (or a little after when patches notes are posted).

Instance Dungeons were introduced in WoW, Paying for something you have to travel throught the Kahaal Plains to get to would cause serious problems.

Probably normal chat that Blahs wasn't close to.
