imo, it's just an excuse for messing up on the updates with the removal of wedding app and other stuff.

I think they took it out because when the newer people buys the wedding apps, they can complain about having buggy features when they paid SC for it. So they took it out and make sure they fix it properly before putting it back up for sale.

I would think that if you already bought it, you should be able to use it.

I think they simply took it out of the store, because it was advertising that you can summons your partner and the summons is bugged. So, to prevent false advertisement, they took it out. But, if you already had one, it should still work.
