According to the description I added in my first post, no they are not. Skins are skins and they are not weapons. They enhance stats to your weapon. But whether the skin makes your weapon look like those in the screenshots, I'm not sure.

To be honest I was surprised to see them raising the cap to 105 I thought it would only be raised to 99. So if they raise it to 105 that means we get Alberstoll Ruins huzzah and with that cap raise we will get people farming in Helgas Tomb oh joy.

Nice... this all sounds exciting. Permanents mounts is a definite plus as well as the weapon skins. I don't think they had any other 'skins' to use so... maybe it'll look like those weapons. :x That means I really should get my Archer leveled up... >< I love the cash shop bows!
