I would like to point out that Tosaka's title was NOT showing up on her screen. It was just a bug that everyone except her saw. She probably wont want to be bugged just because she had a title that not many (or any) have seen. Just don't bug her.

ive seen the announces about Advent :)

for the monster slaying titles, im only sure the numbers are increasing. must have to do with the speed our characters are leveling at. killing 400 ratman would get you to a level where ratman are already white named to you and the licence would be far from completed still. also, if it would need 4-500 kills to complete a licence on a lv50 weapon you would be done with it before you even gained 1 level or so.
im pretty sure i have had to kill 5 zombies to get 4% in the zombie licence and that it was completed at the 'Destroyer' title. gave +40% dmg against zombies and 1% crit chance overall. for lower level weapons the title seems to complete at +35% while ive seen high level pokesticks with higher levels of the licences
