The best way too start a guild is too, something like Fatal said, was too just invite your friends, and people somewhat close or below your level. Then over time they'll level and you can just kick the inactive ones, and just continue. Thats how all guild pretty much got started.

Hello, I just returned to Fiesta and I'm liking the concept of your guild. I basically want a place I can just hang around and chat, as well as grind/quest. My main character right now is named Jagalaga and he is a 20 mage. I'm kind of a casual player, but I can get pretty hardcore sometimes. I enjoy PvP, sometimes, but not that much.
