They'll just raid, raid, raid until they get the gear, then wait around until the next release.

Unlie fiesta there is a TON of stuff to do at end game to keep you playing, and its alot more then raiding. Its rep, achievments now, work on alts, pvp gear/raiding gear, arena, etc.
