LOL, not much anymore, but back in 1845, when it was decided we would vote on Tuesdays, they did.

McCain is on cocaine.
Obama's an Obamination.

Ralath 11-05-2008 12:30 AM

So... not voting solves that problem?

great logic.

No, you vote for Nader.

Not like the United States voting system is fair anyways. We're still on a system that elects individuals of supposed "higher" intelligence to cast our votes for us, even though it is clearly obvious that all politicians have low IQs.

I'm not using logic. I'm speaking my mind.

It was obvious Obama was gonna win from he first showed up. So whatever.

I'm looking at the Yahoo political dashboard or something, and I can't make head or tail of it. What's electoral votes, and what's popular votes? What counts towards victory?

Carmasa 11-05-2008 02:08 AM

Our votes are just numbers and are (supposedly) in the Electoral voters' best interest.

Take us away, and it's all up to them.

I don't like what this country's about to become, but it can't be changed unless everyone (vast majority?) has an epiphany and McCain somehow wins.

If only. - -
