Bump, updated my first post with a new voting rule.

If you liked the tags then that'll just encourage you to try and win it again. And will also allow new winners to feel special for winning that yearly tag. :)

Different events are held (more or less) randomly, so just check under FiestaFan Fun to see if there's any event on.
