You don't have to crop the images perfectly. As long as we get the idea of what you're trying to do. If it's within the 500x500 square you can also add text to explain if you think it isn't clear.

But do not draw anything in. And yes, you can tweak to an extent where you're rotating the cropped image. Think of the limitations if you were to do this by hand with magazine cutouts. You can't exactly shrink the image right?

Does it have to be clothes from Fiesta? Or can it be any old thing? O-o

Though the rules doesn't say this can't be done, it would be nice if everyone did their own work and not "leech" off other people.

-edited out- I'll leave it up to Loveless about the hues thing, though we encourage as little "artsy" stuff as possible, i.e. no drawn elements!! We do not want to direct this contest at only artistically talent people with good skills in Photoshop, we want this to be fun for everyone. I guess we are hoping that people can participate this contest if it's just using Paint.

But yes, I'll let Loveless decide for the hues thing. I'm guessing that we don't really encourage it because we were waiting for members to put "original elements" together to make something "new", if you get what I mean.

Well hold on a sec, Cpt, don't delete it. I noticed Loveless did not say it has to be Fiesta related in the rules (I swearr I thought I saw it before!) so wait and see what she says.

I have a feeling I might have misunderstood it and are allowed non-fiesta related things.

You can use your own character from in-game as your model. I'll post the link to the character files so you guys can use a clear model if you wish (just let me dig through my files) I'd rather it be that you don't do anything to change the actual image including hue. But you can put in a side note.

When creating your costume please make sure that you cut out an existing image and then just paste it on top of your model. It can look totally obvious for all I care as long we know what you are trying to do. I'm reluctant to say that you are allowed to use outside images for various reasons but I will allow it for now.

Please do keep in mind that the mods/admins do reserve the right to not allow certain images if we deem they are inappropriate. We will send you a PM and you will have a chance to revise the image.
