Hrm... I suppose if you know some basic information about your mom's boyfriend (ie..... Canadian equivalent of Social Security number, birth date, other info) that is needed to identify a person, you could call into the bank and ask to see how much money PayPal deposited into the bank account...
But that would be fraud... o-o;; |
And heaven help him if that address was in the US. Then it'd be international bank fraud.

Even then, you have to verify it by entering in either one or two amounts that it charges. I added one recently, it was a pain in the ass.

Lol I just hooked my bank account directly up to PayPal, and they added a bit and it's so easy now...

They didn't even have to add any money in mine because I had online banking. I just had to sign into my online bank via PayPal and they confirmed me...
