I have noticed that the time noted for all these updates is quoted PDT or Pacific Daylight Time (GMT -8). Does this mean that the servers and staff are located on the west coast of north/south America?

I have also seen some references to Seattle, in Washington state USA. I am curious because if that is true, and they are in Seattle then they are not too far from me.

As a PostScrip, If they are are in Seattle you can bet that they are good people doing their very best. No matter where they are, real time game programming puts more demand on CPU machine cycles that any other application. Just look at your CPU utilization while you are running the game. Mine is 60-87%. Imagine what the damand must be at the server.

All the times are in my time, and I live on the west coast of North America.

Ah yeah, I didn't have any problems with disconnections or anything...just some mild-horrible lags..

Btw the Outspark Hq is in Sacramento/San Fransico( Cant remember which one is right).

So the launcer will automatically update? Casue their working makes it sound like you have to update your launcher i.e. re-download the newest version.

If anything it's probably best to uninstall your Fiesta, download the latest client and install it again if you experience difficulties. Auto patch probably doesn't work as well with rather large updates... so their new client should help some people out.

I am actually more concerned with the tremendous lag that occured after the update on 30. aug.
After having got that "number-error" at first, the download of .net framework 2.0 and the new autoloader worked fine for me, but the lag is killing the fun at the moment!

I would be sure I still had a copy of a prior download before I uninstall and re-download. I uninstalled on my other PC to do this and the download from the Outspark sight would not launch a download for me. It popped open a window that closed automatically before I could even see an image or a word of text.

I don't know if it was just my PC or the Outspark download, but better safe than sorry.
