Here is the entire map obviously the bubbles in Red are the towns and the new red bubble you see is the Location of Vera near Temple of Spirit and Swamp Of Dawn.

Apparently to get to Vera you have to go through Burning Rock which leads you to another Area go through that area to a map similar to Sand Hill more like a mini town followed by another area finally leading to Vera
