That would be a rather lonely server... not enough to get a KQ half filled.

Yeah, KKP totally sucks now... I was shocked when I came to do a KKP about a week after the cap raise and it failed. I didn't think I'd ever fail a KKP... but it happens all the time now. And we have to sit in Eldy or Uru and shout begging people to join for at least a half hour. :\
