i got a few from solo aoe in seg thats how i got 4 cleric wepons lvl 50 and 2 lvl 60

Only blues I've ever seen were lv. 70 and misc. rings for like, all levels. D:

It was my understanding that the patch on 09-03-08 included removing the weapons that were not supposed to be in the game.

Notice that in their announcements, there was mention of 'removal of level 90+ weapons' and there was mention of 'Fixed KQ Blue Drop', but nowhere does it say 'Lv 70 KQ Blues removed'

I suspected their original announcement regarding this was merely an effort to dissuade players from courting the Gordon KQ for Blues. To that effect, it was more or less a success.

Lol @ me then.
I saved 8 chests from Gordon KQ, opened them all, and NPC'ed 6 blue maces, and 2 blue hammers. |
