When i started my cleric i didnt join slime kq til i was 2 lvls before u cant do it and when i came in i was highest lvl person that had scrolls so i tanked and we did perfectly fine but a couple fighters insisted they should tank because they are a fighter.(they were lvl 9 with 100-130 hp)
