In order to get an item from +9 to +10 you need to have an item that is at +4 then take it to an Item Merchant NPC will break the weapon down and turn it into a stone called Karis and you use that stone on a +9 item to turn it into +10

You can't get +10 in our version at the moment, so really only the people that have researched the foreign versions would know :3

There aren't any "Karis" stones. Andromeda was joking. xD

Just some funky looking Eyes/Miles. Those are probably what enhances it to +10.
