Well yes. Business is always business.
After a certain point where players/customers who support the business are unhappy with the product they're paying for, and the company isn't supporting the customers of old who have been paying, and are most likely to continue paying... the company thinks of new ways for people to pay//thinking of only collecting money for themselves.
I think it might be time to think of players for once, and listen to their suggestions. I've defended Outspark because I know it's a business, and it's doing what it needs to stay afloat, but ignoring customers isn't my kind of friendly operation.
They've done nothing to improve the game for the people who are playing the game the most. They made that Helga place, but the only ones that can survive are the Lv 79's, and they don't feel like doing all that work/spending all the resources to kill stuff and not get exp or anything.
Outspark then turned around and made a Helga Sale on extenders/BoT, increasing revenue.
Yes, they're smart as a company. I just hate businesses that think from the wallet, and not from the heart.
