You know how to learn to read faster? Do more reading. That way, when there are walls of text...you can actually read them and make a contribution to the thread. Might also help with your other communication problems.

I run 5 guilds, am member of the 2nd strongest guild on my server... Have fought over a few hundred guild wars... made quite a number of alliances.... before I got bored and stopped logging on Fiesta... That being said I've met quite a few "psychopaths & idiots" including myself, and now that I think about it even those people wouldn't want to be a part of guilds like that =3. :uhoh:
