Hair was ridiculously easy. It was done one of two ways. It doesn't matter if I divulge or not, because it won't work.

1. Change values. (i.e. assign the value of the Wave cut to, say, the Wolf Cut, and vice versa. Simple.)

2. Use an Asian file. No, I'm not trying to be funny. The Korean one creates all access permission. That is to say, you can create any hair style of any color when you start the game. Now you know why selection is so limited at startup. If Outspark retained this option, there would be a lot less sales in beauty coupons to new players who hate the "default" hairs.

All the Korean hairs are the same as in this Fiesta, but in BK there are a ton of other hair styles that are available when creating a char. That one? Not sure if there's some comparability error or something that makes the Korean one do that, though.

Before, when you used a Chinese file, you can only access the standard base options, plus red hair.

When using, say, a Korean or Japanese file, you were able to access all the hair styles at creation.

All versions of Fiesta have the same hair styles. Some just are accessible at startup, whereas others are not.
