There's only been three winners so far, can't really judge on just that. Besides, many people use cash shop, not surprised to select one that uses them. And you wouldn't know how much they have paid. They've probably only bought a little bit. I'm sure there's a lot more heavy cash shop users out there that aren't gonna be chosen. They could easily say "meh, that person didn't even spend as much as I did on the game and they get recognised". Works both ways around, but kind of biased both ways. D:
