Everyone gets that option once they have 10 adult dragons. It is suppose to be to help the admins so they do not have to review each & every one word-by-word.
Users willing to review description should be looking for it to fit these guidelnes:

Proofread Severity: Minor annoyance
Typos are an eyesore, and can be easily avoided. I understand not everyone speaks English natively, but it's not that hard to ask someone to proofread it or paste your description into a word processor to check spelling. Some even offer grammar tips. Users that use Firefox can check spelling right from their browser.
Avoid 1st Person Severity: Medium Problem
On the scroll, there is no I. There is no clear speaker. Thus, it makes no sense to use first person. Some might deduce that the scroll owner is the one talking, but not everyone will, and some people write their descriptions from the dragon's perspective. Beyond that, though, every other description on the page is in 3rd person, and spontaneous shifts between two points of view are usually frowned upon.
Actually Describe Your Dragon Severity: High
I'm sure you like the Beatles, but copying a few lines from "Eleanor Rigby" does not make a suitable description (Yes, that is an actual example). And I, too, found it funny when someone put "I cant do that dave" for a dragon named "hal"...but I still rejected it. The point of dragon descriptions is to describe your dragon.
No Conflicting Descriptions Severity: High
I understand you want your dragons to be unique, unlike anything that has come before, but the breed-specific descriptions were created that way for a reason. If I had wanted white dragons to be mass-murderers, I would have put it in the description. However, it's not there, so they aren't. You don't have to stick to the description to the letter, but is clearly going against the breed's concept, it'll probably be rejected.
Don't Overpower Your Dragons Severity: High
This probably also goes along with wanting dragons to be unique. That said, not every dragon can be the descendant of gods or ruler of *Insert name of land/body of water here*. People can be unique and important without being all-powerful.
Use the Correct Setting Severity: Minor Annoyance
I will admit, there is no clearly defined time frame that the cave exists in. I've seen people assume that it exists in the present, and I've seen people assume that it exists in a medieval setting. When I created the cave, I intended it to be in a medieval setting. If in doubt, though, it's easy enough to write a description that makes no references to anything era-specific.
No HTML Severity: Extremely High
HTML code is automatically filtered. However, we can still tell if you tried to embed a youtube video or an image into your description. Don't even try. If you do, it may result in a dead dragon.
These are subject to change, of course. If you have suggestions/comments/requests for clarification, please post them.
Please note that descriptions do not have to be in-depth. The following is a perfectly acceptable description:

B ut TBH, I'm not sure how much that is kept up by the admins since I added descriptions to several of my dragons a couple of weeks back and none have been approved and passed through to show up on any of my dragons pages. |
