I do believe that SNSD had a part in her getting booted though. If Jessica was bold enough to say "I have received great pain and cannot hide my sadness that I was asked by the agency and fellow members, whom I've spent 15 years with putting in all my passion and effort, to leave Girls' Generation just because of the reason that I'm starting a business." then I believe her lol.
BUT IMO the whole thing was just messy with lots of miscommunication. A lot of people speculated that all the members have individual activities but Jessica's one is different because BLANC isn't under SM's control. All individual activities are planned via the agency and therefore can be coordinated for performances or other group activities... plus the profits don't go back to SM with BLANC lol
I just think the whole booting part was handled poorly. It sounds like it's been planned for a long time that she was going to leave (originally after the next album release) but something went weird in the middle which is what everyoneeeee is questioning.
I reckon the agency shouldn't have just given her a dismissal notice and jessica shouldn't have publicly announce it on her weibo so quickly. It sounded like after the dismissal notice Jessica didn't go and consult them.... I mean she's probably really upset but didn't look like she acted with a lot of thought, which I'd assume a celebrity of such "high status" would do...
