I didn't think it was that but I saw a guy and thought I would screenie it for future reference (I have screenied over a hundred "for future references" just because of this game) and once I got close enough to the guy to screenie I realized that was it only in a different color.
so, technically it is the tattoo on the back of the guys wearing the speedo with a debuff on. But that shouldn't matter since it was not a challenge question. |
