one of lois's relatives dies and she inherits the house. they move over there and peter actually ends up selling their old house to keep the servants who were only paid enough to sing a song when they first showed up. brian tries to teach peter how to behave there and ends up making him think he's actually rich. peter then bids a ton of money in an auction and wins. he has to sell the house that lois inherited to pay them off and buy their old house back. they find out that the house actually used to be a brothel that presidents went to.
