...Bump.

Blaaaaaaaah 08-24-2009 02:42 AM

Yeah sorry I was out all day yesterday and internet is out at home.

Ok.

All witness statements obviously reveals that Jackaroo was the murderer. He was seen leaving her apartment after he was bashed and no one else were around. Whether Jackaroo's own statements were trustworthy or not is questionable. The fact that he decided to run away because he was "scared" rather than calling the police; and the fact that he went to so much trouble to just give a single bracelet back because it was "expensive" seems highly unlikely. Those things would not have been done by the average person for someone you have just met, unless there is some sort of weird creepy motive behind it. Although secbro says he saw someone leaving the apartment, it is clear that secbro did not see that person properly at all, and should not be taken as a real observation. Therefore, Jackaroo is the murderer.

Not sure how I suppose to word mine...

-----

Based on the information presented in this trial, the Jackaroo is innocent. No strong evidence was presented. There appears to be no reason for him to kill a person he barely knew as there has been no word of any mental problems or of a violent history.

Helion said he saw Jackaroo running and dropping the bracelet. Jackaroo did not deny this and explained why. The details about his work place and medical condition we can only assume is true since no one has provided anything to prove it false. Secbro said he was out in the hall when he saw someone leave after having a arguement with Hessah, the victim. He believes it's not Jackaroo because of the Jackaroo's hair. He doesn't rememer the time so it is possible the man was someone else. At such a close range, I believe he could at least get the hair correct. Especially if the man wasn't running. Therefore, Jackaroo is innocent.
