What does the "Ethertouched" designation mean?

Enhancement levels are as follows, from lowest to highest:

Craftsman's Labor
Workman's Touch
Artisan's Work
Master's Achievement
Battlewise
HeavenBlessed
EtherTouched

It is simply a designation of how much work was put into the weapon.

You know that bow... that would explain exactly why my party members went down in three hits. That's the person that PK'd them... and I got away using home port. x___x

You have a skill that lets you teleport back to your homebase (which can be reset to various locations around the world). Cooldown is 60 minutes. Unless you have the birthday skill which reduces that cooldown.
