No but Burthday+Race decides what birthday skills you get

I hope I get a good skill... I'm going to be honest with my birthday ;p I'm sure eventually, people will be rigging it so they get a certain skill they want.

Man my birthday skills suck D: +1% Earth element and increased movement speed.

<.< I'ma have to rig my birthday. But yeah... I guess I will go with my birthday during CB, see what my class could use or lacks, then find a birthday for it.

You need to say what Race aswell, as the skills are differant for each Race Dx

Then that persons guide is messed up x.x I didn't see anything about race. I'll go check again.
