It depends on the queue time. If you have a short queue time, the more likelier it is that the other team matches your team.

But I don't get the premade thing. Like.. Can't you have a premade team on one side, and the other team (that matches to the premade team) made up of randoms?

Does Practice Games decrease your IP/EXP? I just finished a practice game and it goes Penalties: -35% IP/EXP for practice game !!!!!!!

Practice games always give 35% less XP/IP. If you play more than 3 practice games in a day, the 4th game onwards won't give you any XP/IP.
