As for runes, I'd agree with destrus and say to wait till lvl 20 so you can buy tier 3 runes. I waited till i was lvl 30 before I started buying runes. Also, SAVE YOUR IP. I really need a new rune page because my current run is full mana regen but that's becoming more and more useless with a lot of champs not having mana...I can never save up ip, I always spend it on new champions. Some champions I've only played once or a few times that I bought-_-. So yeah..don't keep on buying champions like be or else you'll run out of ip for runesxD. Tier 3 runes are expensive.

Des--Have you tried attack damage Ezreal? I feel like his skills work better with attack damage.

Also, you can move the slot number for an item. So I always move my active items into 1 or 2 since they are easier to reach for me.

I forgot you can't buy tier 3 runes at noob level x].

i haven't. i've only played eve a couple times. i've seen one do well though.

yea, i tried AD ezreal but he tends to lose effectiveness pretty quickly. his passive and q are the only things that benefit him with AD. his ult and heal are laughable if he goes AD. i only go AD if i really have to.
i guess this is the last thing i can say on this. they're taking that out and thinking about other things to do.

AP>AD Ezreal. Usually find him more useful with the healing and ult.
