she is but it pisses her and everyone else off that when a new champ is added so many people make single player games that you can't get a game started. so far i don't think she's banned anyone but if it causes enough of a problem for PTR friday she probably will.

if these eve changes go live prepare to see her in every game. it's rage worthy. i was tanking another eve adn an akali under their turret with the ult on and 25% spell vamp with teemo.

i think the ult goes up to 35% damage reduction but not sure.

also, apparently morg's passive now goes up to 35% spell vamp
