Now the explanation.

at the end of the day when Ivramire got killed it was 1 legal and 5 humans

The last legal mindrained Lirange (who was Robin) making it 2 legals to 4 humans.

They then killed Cilia because she was Helper Remi making it 2 to 3

Then I have to disqualify Pebbles Human for not voting making it 2 to 2.

I think Manz made a bit of a mistake. We're not supposed to kill and Drain the same Night. Let's just chalk it up a Human win.


If anything, Mind Drain is kinda useless by my estimation this round through. Perhaps in other rounds as well, I think I remember Ralath saying that MD shouldn't have such specific usage limitations when we were first discussing it, though I think it should be somewhat limited, its current conditions are kind of extreme.

Sure, it would would have changed it from 1 Legal : 5 Humans to 2 : 4, but Sec was marked for death anyway, making it 1 : 4 the ensuing Day. The other 4 would probably notice a change in their fellow Human and pfft! If that lone newly-made Legal did win through to the end, I still feel it would have been a hollow victory.

It wasn't the mind drain but the disqualification plus mind drain plus night death that caused it.

If the disqualification didn't have to happen than the game would still be going on.

really no mind drain and kill on same night.

well I thought that the Legals were doing a great job and then all of a sudden it went down hill quick.

Ivramire thought I put tooo many power roles into the game which looking back was probably correct.

There should be no more than say 3 human power roles in a large game. EHHH it was fun though.

I had a great time fun my first one, although I must say that being under threat of death the entire game was a little unnerving. Wonder what happened to Pebbles......

Well, we lasted a great deal longer than I believed we would (Legals)

Looking back:-

3 Legals : 11 Humans
Robo : Vegan, Shutian, Deikid, Robin, Remi


The only 3 instrumental Humans by my reckoning were Desu, Cillia and Helion. Desu latched onto Jik mostly based on feeling I guess, Cillia went unchecked and eleminated the possibility of the quiet ones as Legals and Helion advanced Cillia's material with logical posts, one of the few to do so.


I saw somewhat late in the middle round that we would need an unbroken string of Human deaths if we wanted to win. We were well on the way to accomplishing just that until Jik made a somewhat suspect post and got taken out. We could have still won at that point, me and Sec were still leading people by their noses and no suspicion was falling on us, but Cillia was another role-detector (too many lol) and zeroed us out the suspects. Helion backed her and pointed it out. I was planning to use Lirange, as a shield, a ward, a suspect and a decoy, but never got the chance to do so because I was accused. Had a long beautiful post though... =___=


Certainly more interesting than playing a normal Human. Good game.

I thoght Cillia did a good job though, stayed low, then came out with all the findings in one go!


The legals might have a better chance if they Mind Drain earlier...

But coz we didnt know how many helper roles are out there.. I guess it was next to impossible to plan ahead for that..

OHHH sorry Sec was Robo who was helped by Lirange giving up his role on day 1.

Yeah I didn't fully understand the mind drain. I didn't think it replaced the night kill.

But also I think we should get rid of the disqualifications. This is the second game that it affected poorly.

I just can't believe I wanted to keep Ivra around to see how he played only to have him be legal...... Damn I have great intuition.

Yes, I was a legal and Robo :devil: Telling us your role was a bad idea Lirange, you were blocked from the start. The humans had WAY to many role finding abilities. If you think about it, if each of those people picked a different person to track or find out if they were lying (this is why I never said I was a human), or discover their role, the legals really have no shot at winning. We knew hessah and blaaaah were very investigative and had to be taken out immediately. The bomb killing Esen was perfect! I totally guessed at Jack being the bomb and I was right :D. Destrus Lirange and Hellion were are big targets near the end, but then Cillia showed up. Cillia coming out of nowhere really screwed us over. We didn't see that coming. We had basically forgotten about the quiet people.

Very fun game this round. I wonder who I'll get next round. I kinda want the ST. That would be so much fun.

ROTFL, although for me, I tracked Blaaaahs on night 1, and she dies, then I tracked Hessah on night 2, and she dies. I was pretty sure I was cursed.

What if.. someone said "I'm a human" but they're actually Robin...

And Remi asked "Is that person speaking the truth" does Teva say "Yes" coz Robin is part of the humans? Or no, coz they've actually got a role apart from just a human..?

when remi pm's teva, you ask if so and so's post (#whatever) is true.

then teva says either yes or no, and tells you what their real role is o.o
